Duit sen vs duit kertas

Tip yg berguna ini di 'copy' dr blog Jutawan Internet Malaysia, Dr. Irfan Khairi. Semoga kengkawan dpt manfaat n sesama la kita kongsi dgn kengkawan lain ok!


Tip Kewangan khas untuk anda yang susah nak save duit… sampai hujung bulan, sedar-sedar takde duit yang dijimatkan.

Apabila berbelanja, belanja hanya duit ringgit sahaja. Duit sen, jangan dibelanjakan… simpan dalam tabung! Kira menabung la…


Maksudnya, kalau beli majalah Rm6.50, bayar duit Rm10 merah… kedai pulangkan RM3 duit kertas and 50sen duit syiling…

50sen tu, by default, terus masukkan ke dalam tabung.

Kalau pada hari yang sama, nak beli gula-gula harga 20sen, jangan gunakan 50sen syiling yang dalam poket tu. Sebab 50sen tu dah kena masuk ke tabung! Jadi, gunakan RM1 duit kertas…

Baki duit syiling 80sen yang diterima, dimestikan masuk tabung bersama duit 50sen tu tadi

Dalam erti kata lain, guna duit kertas sahaja… apa sahaja duit syiling, anda simpan dalam tabung.

Kalau tak pernah try ni, cuba-cuba try… khas bagi mereka yang sering dalam keadaan kesempitan wang, cara ini akan menjimatkan berpuluh-puluh RM setiap bulan untuk dijadikan wang pelaburan ASB ;)

Sikit², lama² jd bukit.
So, selamat menabung ye kengkawan!


p/s: Aku dh amalkan tip ni sejak beberapa thn dulu, it really works. Yang penting ada disiplin. Jangan simpan sebulan pastu abis pakai sebulan. Tak guna ler.. hahaha.

Explanation : Loan ni deal dgn Public Bank + Hai-O (Health Assurance International Organization). Leader Hai-O ni manager public bank cawangan johor. Dia wat proposal kt public bank utk bg pinjaman pd yg brminat sbnyk RM75,000..dr jumlah tu akan ditolak RM22,2000 utk produk Hai-O, then RM1,200 utk fee pd public bank..RM22,000 tu utk 10 produk Hai-O yg brnilai RM2,200 setiap satu. Brg ni mmg kena beli since dh masuk Hai-O kan..so total bersih kita dpt RM51,800..byr balik 1k tiap² bln slama 10 thn..byr guna bonus yg 4 org masuk under kita.. camne nk dpt bonus? dpt 4 org, RM3,500 dh dpt..so kalau org bwh 4 org tu masuk lg dpt lebih.. cth : 4 x 4 = RM16,000.. gitu la citenye..

Ya..aku sedar. Dalam hidup ni kita sememangnya keseorangan. Nak mengharap kasih pd keluarga, aku ditolak ketepi. (Tanpa mengira betapa pengorbanan aku pd mereka dulu). Kpd kwn pulak, bila saat memerlukan, mereka menjauhkan diri. (Setelah aku dijadikan tmpt mengadu, merintih, dan aku mendengarnya dgn penuh setia). Lalu bagaimana? Apa yg aku ada? Hanya Dia satu-satu nya.

Baru - dah pun berada di pasaran.

Album baru abg aku yg sorang nih dah pun berada di pasaran. Itu pun setelah Azim (orestes7) meng'sms' aku yg dia dah pun beli album tuh. Aku punye la heran, takde angin, takde ape tetibe dh kuar. Trus tanye tuan punya bdn. Rupa2nya tuan punye bdn pun xtau yg album dia dh kuar 2,3 ari lps. Ni la dia penyakit rec. comp dia tuh. Ikut suka hati je.. Hangin dia. Ngn aku2 skali hangin. Hmm ntahlah. Bg aku dia xyah smbg kontrak ngn comp tuh pon takpe. Menyusahkn je. Byk lagik rec. comp laen. Ni esok2 dia gak yg kena. Bkn kompeni tuh. Mangkuk btol!
